NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Bruce Throne, Annie Campbell, Mark Baker, Robert Josephs, Christopher Worland, Steven Clark, the Sol y Lomas Homeowner Association, Inc. and the Plazas at Pecos Trail Homeowners Association, Inc. request that the Governing Body of the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico grant approval of the following appeal for land located at 2200 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, NM:

Appeal # 2023-7297-APPL of Case #2023-6655. Bruce Throne, Annie Campbell, Mark Baker, Robert Josephs, Christopher Worland, Steven Clark, the Sol y Lomas Homeowner Association, Inc. and the Plazas at Pecos Trail Homeowners Association, Inc. appeal the Planning Commission's Approval of the Applicant Pierre Amestoy's Application for a final subdivision plat for property located at 2200 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, N.M. (Rebecca Mnuk-Herrmann, Assistant City Attorney, ramnukherrmann@santafenm.gov, 505-955-6303).

On July 6, 2023, the Planning Commission approved the Applicant's Application for final plat approval and on August 3, 2023 adopted its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in the above-requested case and appeal. The Governing Body will review the appeal and approve or deny the appeal. Notice is hereby given that the Governing Body will hold a public hearing meeting both in person and virtually at 7 p.m. on Jan. 31ot 2022on this request. The meeting will be held in the Governing Body chambers, located at 200 Lincoln Avenue, and online via Zoom. The video conference link and teleconference number will be posted at https://santafe.primegov.com/public/portal along with how to submit written public comment. Any interested parties will have an opportunity to be heard prior to the Governing Body taking action.
