NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Santa Fe will hold a virtual meeting on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 at 6:00 PM, to consider the following request:

Case # 2022-005066-PLBD. 1605 OLD PECOS TRAIL PRIVATE SCHOOL SPECIAL USE PERMIT.

Liaison Planning Services, Inc, Agent, for First Baptist Church, Owner, requests approval of a Special Use Permit for a private school at 1605 Old Pocos Trail. The property is zoned R-1. (One residential unit per acre), and is an existing church building on a lot of 9.7 acres. (Daniel Alvarado, Case Manager, djalvarado@santafenm.gov, 955-6670)
